Staff is amazing - super knowledgeable and helpful. On-hand stock is beyond impressive.

They are specialized in the Bambulab brand (the best IMHO) and carry a lot of their supplies and parts. It's nice to have a local store with all the different filaments available in stock when you realize you're gonna run out of it. From what I observed, they seem have the same prices and specials as the official Bambulab store. Highly recommend.

Got tired of buying 3d printing supplies online & decided to look local when I was ready to upgrade;
Found Convoy-Westcan and will never look back or order from elsewhere!

Couldn't make it into Winnipeg to pickup some filament so decided to buy online and sadly my dumb-backside forgot to change the 'local pickup' option to 'ship';
Called in and they got me squared away; filament JUST arrived and I couldn't be happier;

I will continue to recommend this company as well for anyone's 3d printing needs (even if they are not in Manitoba ;) )

I purchased several spools of filament and tried to return them within a few days, all unopened and in original condition. I was surprised to learn that they have a strict no-return policy on filament, even with a restocking fee — something that wasn’t mentioned on the receipt, at checkout, or clearly on the website.

That said, the store manager, Andrew, was professional, responsive, and did offer a one-time exchange or store credit. He also acknowledged that the return policy visibility could be improved, which I appreciated.

Overall, while the return policy was frustrating and unexpected, the communication and service were handled well. Just be sure to double-check your order, as all filament sales are final.

Purchased an A1 printer combo from here, and it's an incredible upgrade from my Ender. After assembly it works perfectly, no need to level or tune. Being able to control it from my phone is a huge improvement.
