SHIPPING POLICY

At Convoy-Westcan Industrial Supplies & Fasteners, we aim to process orders promptly and provide clear, reliable delivery options for customers across Canada.
ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed and shipped same business day whenever possible, otherwise the next business day.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking details or pickup confirmation once your order is ready.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
• If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you with available options before shipping.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
• We currently ship within Canada only.
• Available shipping services and rates are calculated in real time at Shopify checkout based on your delivery address.
• Large-format items such as 3D printers are typically shipped via Purolator due to reliability and transit time, though other reputable carriers may be used at our discretion.
LOCAL PICKUP (WINNIPEG)
• In-store pickup is available once your order has been processed and confirmed in stock.
• Pickup location: A4-1692 Dublin Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, Canada.
• Please wait for the “Ready for pickup” email before arriving and bring your order number.
• Business hours are listed on our Contact page and may change due to weather, staffing, or operational requirements.
LOCAL FREE COURIER – FILAMENT (WINNIPEG ONLY)
• Filament orders over $50 qualify for free local delivery within Winnipeg by regular courier.
• Delivery is typically same day or next business day, depending on workload and weather conditions.
• If delivery timing is critical, contact sales@convoywestcan.ca prior to ordering to confirm availability.
SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected service level.
• If shipping options do not appear, seem incorrect, or if you wish to combine multiple printers to reduce freight costs, contact sales@convoywestcan.ca for a manual quote.
• Palletizing, additional insurance, or special freight services are available upon request and are recommended for remote or commercial delivery locations.
TRANSIT TIMES
• Carrier-provided delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and included in your shipping confirmation email.
• Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, remote destinations, labor disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
ADDRESS & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate street address. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• High-value shipments may require a signature on delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at a local depot.
RISK OF LOSS, TITLE & INSURANCE
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
• While we pack items carefully, we strongly recommend shipping insurance for high-value products. Additional insurance or freight services can be arranged upon request prior to shipment.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
• Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact sales@convoywestcan.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
• Retain all packaging materials while we assist with carrier claims or corrective action.
COMBINED SHIPMENTS & SPECIAL HANDLING
• We can consolidate multiple items, palletize shipments, or provide custom packaging for long-distance or remote deliveries.
• Contact sales@convoywestcan.ca before placing your order or immediately after checkout to discuss available options.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Shipping-related returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund / Return Policy.
• In summary: 3D printers, AMS units, scanners, and filament are final sale. Any approved return of other items must be brand new and unopened, may be subject to restocking fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
