Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

All products, descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Convoy-Westcan reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict sales, or refuse service at our discretion.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. Convoy-Westcan reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion, including after order submission.

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Refund / Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or shipping charges.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Convoy-Westcan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the Services. All purchases are made directly with Convoy-Westcan.

Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Convoy-Westcan and bears no responsibility for products, pricing, shipping, warranties, or customer service.
