Bambu ABS-GF is a glass-fiber-reinforced ABS engineered for stiffness, dimensional stability, and clean surface quality. Compared to standard ABS, it warps less, holds tighter tolerances, and delivers a refined matte finish—ideal for functional, load-bearing, and professional-looking parts.

Recommended settings (starting points)

• Nozzle: 240–270 °C
• Bed: 80–100 °C (with glue)
• Speed: ≤ 180 mm/s
• Drying: 80 °C × 8 h
• Humidity: < 20 % RH (sealed with desiccant)
• Build plates: Engineering, High-Temp, or Textured PEI

Hardware requirements

• Enclosed printer required
• Hardened steel nozzle only (0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm)
• ❌ Not compatible with 0.2 mm or stainless nozzles

Printing notes
