Bambu ASA Filament — Weather-Resistant, Tough, Outdoor-Ready

Bambu ASA is a durable engineering filament designed for long-term outdoor use. It offers excellent UV stability, weather resistance, and impact strength while maintaining print behavior similar to ABS. This makes it well suited for functional parts and components exposed to sun, heat, and moisture.

ASA provides better outdoor durability and color stability than ABS and PETG, with reduced deformation in warm environments.

Recommended settings (starting points)

• Nozzle: 240–270 °C
• Bed: 80–100 °C (with Magigoo glue)
• Print speed: ≤ 250 mm/s
• Drying: 80 °C for 8 hours
• Storage: Keep sealed and dry with desiccant (below 20% RH)
