Bambu H2C Induction Hotend (Right) — Standard & High Flow
Fast Heating • Multi-Material Ready • High-Speed Performance
Overview
The Bambu H2C Induction Hotend (Right) is part of the Vortek multi-hotend system, designed for fast, efficient multi-material printing with minimal waste.
Using induction heating and contactless power delivery, it heats rapidly, maintains stable temperatures, and eliminates many of the reliability issues found in traditional hotend connections.
Available in Standard and High Flow variants, these hotends allow you to choose between precision-focused printing or maximum throughput and speed.
Standard vs High Flow
• Standard → Balanced performance, best for everyday printing
• High Flow → Higher volumetric speed, faster prints, better for production
👉 Same system — choose based on speed vs control
Why choose the H2C Induction Hotend
• Ultra-fast heating: Reaches print temp in seconds
• Reduced purge waste: Multi-hotend system minimizes material loss
• Contactless connection: More reliable than pin-based systems
• Stable performance: Consistent temps for long prints
• Smart hotend management: Stores material data for error prevention
• Built for multi-material workflows
Flow performance (quick comparison)
Nozzle Type: Standard 0.4 mm
Max Flow: ~25 mm³/s
Use: General printing, balanced quality and speed
Nozzle Type: Standard 0.6 / 0.8 mm
Max Flow: ~30 mm³/s
Use: Faster prints, larger parts
Nozzle Type: High Flow (0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm)
Max Flow: ~40 mm³/s
Use: High-speed printing and production
Nozzle size guide
0.2 mm (Stainless Steel)
• High detail, miniatures, fine surface quality
0.4 mm (Hardened Steel)
• Best all-around size for most users
0.6 mm
• Faster prints with strong layer bonding
0.8 mm
• Maximum speed and strength for large parts
Filament compatibility (key notes)
Works well with:
• PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA
• Engineering materials (PC, PA blends)
• TPU (with proper setup)
Important:
• CF/GF filaments require hardened steel nozzles (not stainless)
• Some specialty filaments perform better at specific nozzle sizes
• TPU 85A has limited compatibility depending on setup
Important notes (read before buying)
• Right-side hotend only (this product page)
• Designed specifically for H2C system (not universal)
• Dual-nozzle setups require matching nozzle sizes
• Stainless (0.2 mm) is NOT for abrasive materials
• High Flow variants prioritize speed over fine detail
Recommended use cases
• Multi-material printing with reduced purge waste
• High-speed production printing
• Everyday printing with fast heat-up times
• Users running frequent material changes
Compatibility
• Bambu Lab H2C
• Bambu Lab H2C Laser
