Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly – X1 & P1 Series

Replacement hardened steel extruder gear assembly for X1 and P1 Series printers. This internal assembly includes the active and driven gears that feed filament into the hotend, providing improved grip, higher wear resistance, and reliable extrusion when printing abrasive or engineering filaments.

This assembly allows users to replace worn gears without replacing the entire extruder unit. P1 Series printers can be upgraded from the stock stainless steel gears to hardened steel for improved durability.
