Overview

Bambu PAHT-CF is a carbon-fiber reinforced PA12 engineered for strong, dimensionally stable parts—even in humid environments. Compared to standard PA-CF, it absorbs less moisture, maintains stiffness when wet, and delivers noticeably stronger Z-layer bonding. Ideal for fixtures, jigs, brackets, molds, and end-use functional parts.

Recommended print settings (starting points)

• Drying: 80 °C × 8–12 h (keep < 20 % RH while printing)
• Nozzle: 260–290 °C
• Bed: 80–100 °C (use Magigoo PA)
• Speed: < 100 mm/s
• Printer: Enclosed required

Hardware & build surfaces

• Nozzle: Hardened steel 0.6 mm recommended (0.4 / 0.8 mm OK)
• Plates: High-Temp Plate or Engineering Plate
• Not recommended: Cool Plate, stainless nozzles, 0.2 mm nozzles

Notes & tips

• Always dry thoroughly before printing and after storage
• Use Magigoo PA to improve adhesion and protect the plate
• Remove supports shortly after printing to avoid moisture-related sticking
• Store sealed with desiccant between prints
