Bambu PC FR is an advanced flame-retardant polycarbonate designed for industrial and engineering applications where safety and performance are critical. It combines UL 94 V-0 certification, excellent mechanical strength, and thermal stability, making it ideal for high-temperature or electrically sensitive environments like electronics housings, machinery enclosures, and automotive components.

Recommended Printing Settings

• Drying: 80 °C × 8 h (in oven) / 90–100 °C × 12 h (on X1 heatbed)

• Humidity: < 20 % RH (sealed with desiccant)

• Nozzle: 260 – 280 °C

• Bed (with PVP Glue): 90 – 110 °C

• Speed: ≤ 300 mm/s

Printing Tips

• Always dry before use to prevent bubbling and layer separation.

• Store in an airtight container with desiccant when not in use.

• Ensure good ventilation — PC FR prints at high temperatures.
