Bambu PETG-HF is a high-flow PETG formulated for faster printing without sacrificing strength. It delivers excellent layer adhesion, impact resistance, and chemical stability—making it a dependable step up from PLA for functional parts, while remaining easy to print.

Recommended starting settings

• Nozzle: 235–260 °C (start ~245 °C)
• Bed: 70–90 °C (start ~80 °C)
• Fan: 0–40% after first layers
• Speed: 60–220 mm/s
• Build plate: Smooth or Textured PEI
• Adhesion: Use Magigoo on smooth PEI as a release agent

Printing tips

• Dry if needed (≈55–60 °C for 4–6 h) to reduce stringing
• Lower fan and steady speeds improve gloss and strength
• Tune retraction and travel speed for clean transitions

• Brackets, fixtures, clips, and shop jigs
• Enclosures, organizers, RC and cosplay parts
• Functional prints needing more toughness than PLA
