Overview
Bambu PPS-CF is a true industrial filament designed for extreme heat, chemical exposure, and mechanical load. With a PPS matrix reinforced by carbon fiber, it delivers outstanding stiffness, flame resistance, and dimensional stability—ideal for end-use parts in demanding environments.
Product features
• Exceptional heat resistance: HDT 264 °C @ 0.45 MPa; continuous use >200 °C
• Flame retardant: UL-94 V-0 rated
• Very high stiffness: ~7160 MPa flexural modulus
• Chemical & solvent resistant: stable PPS base polymer
• Ultra-low moisture uptake: ~0.05% water absorption
• Diameter: 1.75 mm ± 0.05 mm (cardboard spool)
Printer & hardware requirements
• Printers: X1E or H2 Series (enclosed, heated chamber required)
• Nozzle: Hardened steel 0.6 mm recommended (0.4 / 0.8 mm optional)
• Not compatible: AMS / AMS Lite
• Avoid: 0.2 mm nozzles and stainless steel tips
Recommended starting settings
• Drying: 100–140 °C × 8–12 h (oven preferred)
• Nozzle: 310–340 °C
• Bed: 100–120 °C (use Magigoo PA or glue stick)
• Chamber: 60–90 °C
• Speed: ≤ 100 mm/s
• Build plates: Smooth or Textured PEI

• Flexural strength: 142 ± 5 MPa
• Impact strength: 27.8 ± 2.3 kJ/m²
• Vicat softening: 268 °C
