Overview
The Bambu TPU Feed Assist Module is designed to eliminate one of the biggest challenges in TPU printing—unreliable filament feeding. By actively assisting the filament path, it reduces drag, improves consistency, and helps prevent slipping, grinding, and under-extrusion.
It’s especially useful when running TPU from external holders, dry boxes, or longer feed paths where resistance can cause print issues.

Important limitations (read before buying)
• Assembly required: Housing and frame must be 3D printed before use
• External spool required: AMS auto loading/unloading is not supported
• AMS HT workaround: Can feed through AMS HT TPU outlet for dry storage
• Dual hotend limitation:
– Right side install → left nozzle works normally
– Left side install → dual-nozzle printing not recommended
Recommended setup
• Use with external spool holder or dry box
• Keep TPU dry (critical for print quality)
• Minimize sharp bends in PTFE path
• Best results with Bambu TPU filaments

• Combine with slower retraction settings for soft TPU
