Bambu TPU for AMS is engineered for reliable multi-color TPU printing with smooth feeding and clean swaps. With a Shore 68D hardness, it balances flexibility and durability—ideal for protective parts, dampers, grips, and functional components—while printing significantly faster than traditional flexible filaments.

Quick setup

• Dry before use: 70 °C × 8 h (oven) or 80–90 °C × 12 h (X1 heatbed)
• Nozzle: 220–240 °C
• Bed: 30–35 °C (with glue)
• Speed: ≤ 250 mm/s (slower outer walls for best finish)
• Elasticity tip: Fewer walls + lower infill = softer, springier parts

Accessory compatibility

Build plates: Smooth PEI, Textured PEI
Nozzles: 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm hardened or 0.4 mm stainless
Not recommended: 0.2 mm nozzle
Adhesive: Liquid glue or glue stick
